Herbs are the most versatile tool in the cabinet. Most of them are used for several different reasons. They have many different uses and many different energies. You can dry them, powder them (which is what I normally do), cut them fresh to use in rituals or just drink them in tea while you’re casting. ; )
This is a list of the ones that I use the most but it is in no way a complete list of all the herbs that are used in magic. I generally powder them or grind them fine with a mortar and pestal and roll my candles in the dust before lighting them.
